Theoriebijeenkomsten

Wat houdt Rechtrichten nu eigenlijk in? En wat is natuurlijke scheefheid?

Willen jij en je stal- en/of clubgenoten een antwoord op deze vragen? Nodig mij dan uit om een theoriebijeenkomst te komen verzorgen. Tijdens deze avond vertel ik je wat het trainingssysteem van Rechtrichten inhoudt, vertel ik je alles over de natuurlijk scheefheid en laat ik je kennismaken met de oefeningen die zorgen dat het paard qua bespiering, soepelheid en kracht zo symmetrisch mogelijk wordt en zo beter in staat is ontspannen in balans te bewegen, de ruiter te dragen of de koets te trekken.

Het is ook mogelijk een serie van theoriebijeenkomsten te organiseren, dan worden de volgende onderwerpen behandeld:

  • Fysieke balans van paard en ruiter
  • Mentale balans van paard en ruiter
  • Emotionele balans van paard en ruiter
  • Spirituele balans van paard en ruiter.

Enkele voorbeelden van onderwerpen zijn: natuurlijke scheefheid; de rechtrichttheorie: ruiterfitheid; hoe mens en paard leren; hoe je om kunt gaan met angsten van jezelf en je paard(en); hoe  je  gevoelens als zelfvertrouwen, trots, enz. bij jezelf en je paard(en) kunt ontwikkelen.
