Beeldcoaching

Beeldcoaching heette voorheen “school video interactie begeleiding” (SVIB). Beeldcoaching is gericht op het versterken van leerkrachtvaardigheden.

We kijken naar wat goed gaat en hoe je die vaardigheden kunt inzetten om de momenten dat het even lastiger gaat.

Een traject ziet er globaal als volgt uit:

  • intakegesprek
  • +/- 3x filmen en 3x nabespreken

Een ontwikkelvraag heeft altijd betrekking op versterken van leerkrachtgedrag in

  • didactiek
  • interactie
  • organisatie/ klassenmanagement

Beeldcoachtrajecten zijn mogelijk vanaf augustus 2013.
